Come join Annette Gingras on a journey into the world of working with Crystals. In part II of a series on working with Crystals for self care, we will explore the power of working with Crystals for clearing and activation of the Sacral and Throat Chakras. We will also dive into how to work with different Crystals in combination with each other with guided crystal meditations and affirmations associated to the different Crystals being shared. You will also learn how to cleanse and charge your crystals and gain insight on how to know which crystals are best for you to work with. There will be  guided meditations to aid you in understanding and trusting your intuition around choosing the right crystal(s). You are encouraged to bring any personal crystals you would like to share or have identified.
